Project Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Analyst

Job Description
Define and implement KPIs for each national initiative or macro project
Develop dashboards for real-time project performance visualization
Deliver monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations
Facilitate After Action Reviews and knowledge sharing
Analyze cost-effectiveness, resource allocation, and project impact
Requirements
Strong analytical profile
Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, or Power BI
Ability to write and communicate clearly
KPI & MoS
100% of projects have defined KPIs by execution week 1
Functional national dashboard launched by month 1
≥ 1 quality report delivered by the 5th of each month
≥ 80% of stakeholders report using the reports to guide decisions
≥ 3 post-project learning sessions conducted throughout the term
