Job Description

  • Lead the national implementation and development of the PDI and HDI frameworks.

  • Plan quarterly organizational diagnostics across all LCs.

  • Consolidate data, identify trends, and propose LC-specific interventions.

  • Facilitate strategic alignment sessions with LCPs and functional VPs.

  • Drive data-driven decision making within the MC and NST using index results.

  • Ensure all LCs integrate index results into their planning and evaluation processes

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Previous experience in OD or local/national leadership.
    Familiarity with AIESEC’s product models and organizational structures.

KPI & MoS

  • 00% of LCs assessed quarterly using PDI and HDI.

  • # national PDI/HDI framework published and updated.

  • # strategic report delivered monthly to MC and LCs.

  • 85% of LCs report using index data to guide local decisions.

  • # educational session held per quarter on applying PDI/HDI in LC strategies.
