Job Description
Apply the Health Development Index (HDI) to assess organizational well-being.
Monitor indicators like retention, team structure, engagement, and cultural health.
Design national engagement, wellness, and recognition campaigns.
Facilitate listening circles, surveys, and LC-specific culture support plans.
Champion inclusive, motivating leadership culture across all LC operations.
Requirements
People-centered leadership style.
Experience in team management, TM, or LCP role.
Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
KPI & MoS
100% of LCs assessed with HDI by month 2.
75% national member retention rate.
#ngagement or recognition campaign run monthly.
# Structured listening sessions conducted per LC during the term.
# National culture report with action steps per quarter.
