Job Description

  • Apply the Health Development Index (HDI) to assess organizational well-being.

  • Monitor indicators like retention, team structure, engagement, and cultural health.

  • Design national engagement, wellness, and recognition campaigns.

  • Facilitate listening circles, surveys, and LC-specific culture support plans.

  • Champion inclusive, motivating leadership culture across all LC operations.


Requirements

  • People-centered leadership style.

  • Experience in team management, TM, or LCP role.

  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence.

KPI & MoS

  • 100% of LCs assessed with HDI by month 2.

  • 75% national member retention rate.

  • #ngagement or recognition campaign run monthly.

  • # Structured listening sessions conducted per LC during the term.

  • # National culture report with action steps per quarter.
