Job Description
Identify recurring gaps or inefficiencies in national operations
Benchmark best practices from international AIESEC entities or external organizations
Facilitate Design Thinking sessions with teams to co-create solutions
Pilot innovative ideas and document key learnings
Promote a rapid prototyping culture ("test & learn") within NST and LCs
Requirements
Curiosity, creativity, and disruptive thinking
Familiarity with Design Thinking or agile frameworks
Empathetic communicator
KPI & MoS
≥ 5 innovative solutions tested across the term
≥ 3 design or process-improvement sessions facilitated with teams
≥ 70% positive feedback on tested improvements
≥ 1 national innovation repository created and maintained
≥ 2 best practices shared externally with other MCs or global networks
