  • Benchmark best practices from international AIESEC entities or external organizations


  • Facilitate Design Thinking sessions with teams to co-create solutions


  • Pilot innovative ideas and document key learnings


  • Promote a rapid prototyping culture ("test & learn") within NST and LCs

Requirements

Curiosity, creativity, and disruptive thinking


  • Familiarity with Design Thinking or agile frameworks

KPI & MoS

≥ 5 innovative solutions tested across the term

  • ≥ 3 design or process-improvement sessions facilitated with teams

  • ≥ 70% positive feedback on tested improvements

  • ≥ 1 national innovation repository created and maintained

  • ≥ 2 best practices shared externally with other MCs or global networks
