National Coordinator for Strategic Project Management
Working Hours: 10-12 hours per week
Duration: 6 months | Medium term

Job Description
Coordinate the national portfolio of strategic and operational projects
Create timelines with clear deadlines, deliverables, and assigned responsibilities
Ensure project execution within defined timeframes and scope
Facilitate weekly follow-up meetings with relevant stakeholders
Support other teams in adopting agile project management tools
Act as a point of contact for resolving bottlenecks and misalignments

Requirements
Previous experience in Project Management (local or national level)
High organizational skills and systemic thinking
Knowledge of tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, or Monday.com
KPI & MoS
≥ 90% of national projects delivered on time and within scope
100% of projects have a defined timeline and ownership by week 2
At least 2 onboarding/training sessions on project management delivered to LCs
≥ 80% satisfaction rate from project stakeholders (measured via feedback forms)
≥ 1 project playbook published and updated during the term
