Design the national communications strategy aligned with MC priorities and AIESEC branding
Create key messages and content for institutional campaigns
Draft official press releases, statements, and internal guidelines
Lead external crisis communications in coordination with the MC
Develop tone-of-voice and writing guidelines for all national communications
Requirements
Experience in communications or PR at local/national level
Excellent writing skills and familiarity with AIESEC brand
Strategic thinking and proactivity
KPI & MoS
1 national communications strategy published by month 1
100% of campaigns have approved messaging before launch
# press releases sent during the term
90% consistency in tone across all LC-level communications
Crisis response delivered ≤ 48h after occurrence
