Descrição do Trabalho
Apply and monitor the Product Development Index (PDI) across all LCs.
Track maturity, scalability, and sustainability levels of each product (oGT, iGV, iGT, TM).
Support LCs in interpreting PDI results and building targeted growth plans.
Collaborate with functional NSTs to design acceleration tracks per product.
Create and document product success stories and scalable frameworks.
Requirements
Functional experience in OGX, iGV, iGT, or TM.
Result-oriented mindset and coaching ability.
Familiarity with national product standards and funnel management.
KPI & MoS
100% of LCs assessed with PDI by month 2.
80% of LCs have product development plans in execution.
National average PDI improves by ≥ 2 points during the term.
#National product development resources (toolkits, guides, templates) created.
# capacity building spaces facilitated on PDI insights.
