Create visual and audiovisual content for social media, campaigns, and websites
Ensure brand consistency across all local committee materials
Design official templates (decks, posts, presentations, flyers, etc.)
Support national events with branded materials
Build and maintain a national visual repository (Media Kit)
Requirements
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma
Knowledge of branding and design principles
Strong visual sensibility and attention to aesthetic coherence
KPI & MoS
3 visual content pieces created or reviewed per week
100% of LCs using national templates by month 2
85% brand consistency across all official visuals
# updated Media Kit published by month 2
25% average engagement rate on visual content across platforms
