✅ Lead the entire national B2C Marketing team
✅ Manage and execute national and local campaigns
✅ Ensure the execution of all OGX initiatives
✅ Analyze data and generate performance reports
✅ Ensure the implementation of the EwA → ELD funnel
✅ Standardize and ensure the use of best marketing practices (SOPs)
Requirements
Knowledge of B2C Marketing (funnel, campaigns, channels)
Team and stakeholder management
AIESEC Marketing Standards (Branding, SOP, EwA, etc.)
Tools: Google Workspace
Data analysis and reporting capabilities (Google Sheets, Data Studio)
KPI & MoS
# of campaigns implemented nationally
% of EwA → ELD conversion
# of reach, visits, and new followers on social media
# of SUs
% of committees applying national marketing standards
# of reports delivered
