Job Description
✅ Plan and schedule content on AIESEC's social media channels
✅ Manage the monthly editorial calendar
✅ Ensure brand consistency (brand voice and visual identity)
✅ Interact with the audience (comments, messages)
✅ Optimize posts based on engagement data
✅ Work closely with content creators, videographers, and designers
Requirements
Social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Tools: Meta Business Suite, Notion, Hootsuite, or similar
Copywriting and storytelling basics
Metrics reading and analysis
KPI & MoS
# of weekly posts
# Reach and impressions per content
# Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)
# of followers
# Click-through rate (CTR) on SU links
