Job Description
Oversee and manage internal projects from initiation to completion.
Prioritize and allocate tasks to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project progress and address delays proactively.
Adapt project plans based on unforeseen changes or challenges.
Analyze project performance metrics
Ensure clear communication
Facilitate collaboration among teams with different levels of experience and motivation.
Requirements
Ability to plan, execute, and track project progress efficiently.
Capacity to adapt to unexpected challenges and find solutions.
Ability to engage and update internal stakeholders effectively.
Experience managing teams with different levels of motivation and expertise.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Understanding project metrics and using data to drive improvements.
