Job Description
Identify and develop strategic external projects aligned with AIESEC’s vision.
Negotiate agreements and manage relationships with external partners.
Ensure smooth collaboration between external stakeholders and internal teams.
Mediate conflicts between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring mutual benefits.
Track and report on project impact and stakeholder satisfaction.
Align project execution with AIESEC’s values and operational capacity.
Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Requirements
Ability to manage and align expectations between external partners and internal teams.
Capacity to assess and develop projects that benefit both AIESEC and external stakeholders.
Experience mediating and finding win-win solutions for stakeholders.
