External Projects Manager

Working Hours: 10-12 hours per week
Duration: 6 months | Medium term
Reporting to: MCVP Projects

Job Description

  • Identify and develop strategic external projects aligned with AIESEC’s vision.

  • Negotiate agreements and manage relationships with external partners.

  • Ensure smooth collaboration between external stakeholders and internal teams.

  • Mediate conflicts between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring mutual benefits.

  • Track and report on project impact and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Align project execution with AIESEC’s values and operational capacity.

  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

  • Ability to manage and align expectations between external partners and internal teams.

  • Capacity to assess and develop projects that benefit both AIESEC and external stakeholders.

  • Experience mediating and finding win-win solutions for stakeholders.

  • Ability to evaluate project success and alignment with AIESEC’s goals.

  • Skilled in fostering long-term collaborations.

  • Ability to efficiently allocate resources and meet project deadlines.
