Job Description

✅ The ECB AC Team is responsible to create and implement the ECB Audit System to ensure that entities are complying to the APIP. 

✅ Identify and prevent the violations according to the compliance matrix.

✅ Support the local committees in the audit processes.

✅ Report to the ECB Chair. 

✅ Report to the national plenary insights regarding the audits.

General Questions

1️⃣ How would you compare your current self to your ideal self? How do you connect your future plans (inside or outside AIESEC) with the ECB member role? Conduct a Keep-Start-Stop Analysis of the last AIESEC experience you have lived. 

2️⃣ Mention 3 main achievements and 3 main failures during your AIESEC experience. What are your principal learning points from those experiences?

3️⃣ Which are, in your opinion, the skills needed by an ECB member during this period where structures have the potential of continually change? Explain your strengths and weakness and how they can impact in the role as ECB member.

4️⃣ What are your non-negotiable values and why?

5️⃣ Make a johari window of your persona.

6️⃣ Share who is your role model, and what you learned from them.

7️⃣ Why are you applying for ECB? What do you expect to learn and how do you believe you can contribute for the 24.2 term? Describe how you will organize your time in order to be able to develop efficiently your role.

Specific Questions

1️⃣ Review the Case Solving Flow described in APIP, How would you explain the Compliance Matrix to a kid of 10 years old?

2️⃣ What is the importance of the case solving role for AIESEC in Mozambique?

3️⃣ What is your external reference of Customer Support? Explain how this system works for you and what can be adapted from this system to enhance the internal routine of the ECB.
